Your Land, Your Legacy

Grandparents, a father, and a daughter standing by a river next to a forest. Wildflowers are blooming. Birds are flying overhead.

Many family forest owners envision their land remaining in the family for generations. But passing property from one generation to the next can be challenging—both legally and emotionally. That’s where Your Land, Your Legacy comes in. Our family succession classes give landowners and families the tools to make the transition a successful one.

We’ve had three cohorts of participants since launching Your Land, Your Legacy in 2022. So far, 69 people representing 31 properties have taken part, and we invite you to join us for our next cohort!

This course provided excellent perspective and tools to plan for passing on family ‘heirloom’ property to future generations.
