Session 1  Keys to Keeping Your Trees Healthy
A healthy woodland provides many benefits. Is yours healthy? Do you have injured or dying trees? Your woods may look fine, but is it healthy? This session will review insects, diseases, animals, non-native invasive species, environmental factors, and improper woodland management that can affect the health of your woodland. You will leave knowing signs and symptoms of sick trees, and who to call if you have a concern.
June 7, 6-8 PM with dinner served at 5:30 PM

Session 2  Have a Stress-Free Timber Sale
In this session, you will be introduced to the steps and timeline involved in conducting a successful timber sale, from identifying your goals to final closeout of your sale. This class will also provide guidance on which, if any, trees to harvest, how to select a logger and why a timber sale contract is important.
June 14, 6-8 PM with dinner served at 5:30 PM

Session 3   How to Invite Wildlife to Your Woodland
Learn to enhance your woodlands to attract a variety of wildlife. This session identifies the four requirements to attracting wildlife to your land: space, water, food and shelter, as well as how you can manage your woods to improve the wildlife potential.
June 21, 6-8 PM with dinner served at 5:30 PM

Dinner is included with your registration and will be served at 5:30. Please arrive early to check in and allow time to eat.
